Following the explosion of the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator explosion, many of those affected by the explosion and its further effects were given abilities, being named metahumans.

Known metahuman abilitiesEdit

Image Ability Description Known users
Barry observes a waitress drop everything Accelerated perception With accelerated perception, some metahumans are able to perceive reality much slower than usual, making it appear as if time has slowed down around them.[1] Barry Allen
Weather Wizard creates a tornado Atmokinesis The ability to produce and control the weather. Users have been known to be able to generate clouds, direct blasts of wind at people, create tornados and create lightning bolts.[1] Clyde Mardon
Multiplex Cellular replication Replicate cells at a superhuman speed, allowing the creation of life-sized clones of its user, as well as the ability to create extra limbs on a body.[2] Danton Black
Blackout Electrokinesis The ability to manipulate, and even absorb, electricity. One known user, Farooq Gibran, was forced to continually absorb electricity in order to feed himself.[3] Farooq Gibran
The Flash runs away from the explosion Explosive touch The ability to produce spontaneous combustion upon tactile contact.[4] Bette Sans Souci
Flight One metahuman, Ronnie Raymond, could use his pyrokinesis to such an extent that he was able to fly through the sky.[5] Ronnie Raymond
The Mist Gaseous transformation Its user can transform their entire body in to gas, and further manipulate the gas. However, due to gas being the least stable state of matter, they are forced to reform in to their physical form once in a while.[6] Kyle Nimbus
Hydro Hunter shoots water at The Flash Hydrophysiology A hydrophysiological metahuman has the ability to transform various limbs or parts of their body in to water and in turn control the water to their liking.[7] Hydro Hunter
Girder Organic steel transformation The ability to turn one's skin into a metallic substance that enhanced his strength and durability to that of steel. Only something moving at Mach 1.1 could injure the user, but they could still recover from it.[8] Tony Woodward
Mr. Bliss makes Barry writhe in pain Pathokinesis To manipulate the emotions or feelings of an individual, for example making them feel joy or pain.[9] One such metahuman caused his victims to act completely impulsively - rather than holding back thoughts or actions, they would become angry and act upon these emotions.[10] Nathan Bliss
Roy Bivolo
Firestorm Pyrokinesis The ability to create fire at will coming from one's body.[10] Ronnie Raymond
Rapid cellular regeneration In some metahumans, after getting hurt, such as fracturing a bone, it will heal much faster than a normal human.[11]

Reverse-Flash

The Flash uses his super speed Super speed The ability to run much faster than normally allows them to get between points quicker. A trail of colour is always left behind. The ability is possibly somehow related to electricity, as when Barry Allen displays the ability he is partially covered with electricity.[1] One such metahuman, the Reverse-Flash, has been known to travel considerably faster than Barry Allen; the reasons behind this are unknown.[5]

Joey Rose throwing The Flash against a pillar Super strength Being able to pick up much heavier loads than would normally be considered possible, or throw harder than humanly possible.[12] Joey Rose
Tony Woodward
Rajeet lifting Barry through the air Telekinesis By using their mind alone, its user can move an object as far as they can.[13] Rajeet
Woman controls the Central City Zoo animals Zoopathy The ability to control any species of animal with one's mind.[11] Unnamed woman

Known metahuman powersEdit

Image Power Description Known users

Weather Wizard creates a tornado Atmokinesis The power to produce and control the weather. Users have been known to be able to generate clouds, direct blasts of wind at people, create tornados and create lightning bolts.[1] Clyde Mardon

Nuclear physiology One particular metahuman, Firestorm, is made up of two separate people, transmuted together. Through the means that this was done, they were given a nuclear makeup when combined, giving them various powers, such as pyrokinesis.[18] Firestorm
Girder Organic steel transformation The power to turn one's skin into a metallic substance that enhanced his strength and durability to that of steel. Only something moving at Mach 1.1 could injure the user, but they could still recover from it.[19] Tony Woodward

Roy Bivolo
Firestorm Pyrokinesis Due to their nuclear physiology, Firestorm was able to produce fire from his hands and head.[10] Firestorm
